During the warranty period, ProTronics Technologies will, at its option, either repair or replace defective products with similar parts and products. Should the product be identified as defective, transportation costs involved in warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser. In no event shall ProTronics Technologies, or anyone else involved in the creation, production, and distribution of this product be liable for any damages, including any loss of profits, lost savings or other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential charges even if ProTronics Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim or claims by other parties. Excluded from this warranty are defects caused by wear and tear, misuse, neglect, alterations and modifications, or improper or inadequate installation of the product. Such determinations will be made by ProTronics Technologies.
